After a strong home summer in Australia, Alex de Minaur has headed abroad to continue his 2024 season.
Last month, he took out the Mexican Open before exiting both Indian Wells and the Miami Open in the fourth round.
The ATP Tour action has moved to Europe now, where ‘The Demon’ reached the quarterfinals in Monte-Carlo.

De Minaur made a strong start at the Monte Carlo Masters 1000 event, defeating Swiss star Stan Wawrinka in straight sets before moving past Tallon Griekspoor despite dropping the first opening set.
The Aussie then booked his spot in the quarterfinals with a strong victory over fellow countryman Alexei Popyrin in the third round. However, he was eliminated by world No. 1 Novak Djokovic in his next match.
His next tournament will be the Barcelona Open, where his first round opponent is yet to be decided.
