Kourtney Kardashian has reflected on her recent family holiday to Australia in a heartfelt Instagram post as she shared never-before-seen photos from her time here.
The US reality star was on our shores last month to join her husband Travis Barker as he toured the country with his punk band, Blink-182.
While he rocked out in arenas from Perth to Sydney, Kardashian and her children enjoyed the sights and delights Australia has to offer.
“Feeling so grateful for every single second of time with my babies. Rare to get 2 full weeks of 24/7 time as they get older!” she wrote on Instagram, referring to two of the three children – Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9 – she shares with ex Scott Disick.
Their eldest child Mason, 14, did not come along for the trip, but Kardashian’s youngest child Rocky, who she shares with Barker, made his first overseas trip at just 3 months old.
Among the photos she shared in her post were baby Rocky’s little feet taken from on-board a plane. She also shared a photo of herself grabbing ice-cream at Gelato Messina in Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach.
“Thank you Australia for the beautiful memories (minus the spiders),” she added.
Indeed, Kardashian got the fright of her life when she came across a huge huntsman spider during her Aussie stay.
“um, no thanks,” she caption an Instagram Story of the spider at the time. “biggest fear is spiders, I think I’m handling this really well.”
The unwanted guest was soon “captured to go back outside … far far away”, she wrote alongside a photo of it inside a glass.
Despite her spider encounter, Kardashian says the memories made will never be forgotten.
“Thank you @airbnb for such a beautiful home to create memories that I will always remember and cherish,” she wrote in a post last week, tagging the luxurious Airbnb mansion in Sydney’s Bellevue Hill she called home during her stay.
“Mornings making banana pancakes and nights playing uno forever and ever!!”
