Australian agency Helloworld joins Ensemble

Helloworld Travel Limited, a company with 2,400 travel advisors across Australia and New Zealand, has joined Ensemble.

Helloworld COO and executive director Cinzia Burnes said the company was attracted to Ensemble based on its “transformation over the past two years.”

Ensemble, previously a member-owned cooperative, became a travel agency consortium after Navigatr Group acquired Ensemble in 2022. Since then, the consortium has introduced new programs, marketing and educational resources.

Additionally, Burnes said, Ensemble’s programs and services were attractive, including its proprietary booking platform, Agent Digital Experience (ADX).

“This is both user-friendly and delivers enhanced profitability for travel advisors, making it a valuable asset for our networks to embrace,” Burnes said.

Helloworld’s advisors will have access to ADX starting Aug. 1.

“While our primary focus remains North America-based, we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with likeminded organizations around the world that share our vision of empowering travel professionals,” Ensemble president Michael Johnson said. “Helloworld Travel Limited’s mission and dedication to tailoring personalized and highly curated vacations for clients aligns perfectly with our commitment to supporting advisors through best-in-class programs and resources.”
