Dancing with the Stars was #2 with 2 210 000 (989 000). 7NEWS Spotlight was #9 with 1 033 000 (388 000). The Latest: Seven News was on #33 with 417 000 (238 000). A repeat of the special, Granny Killer: The Unsolved Murders was #44 with 354 000 (115 000).

9News was #4 for the night. Travel Guides was #1 with 2 301 000 (1 140 000). 60 Minutes was #5 with 1 616 000 (764 000). 9News Late was #20 with 601 000 (342 000).

It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 2.101 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.255 million – up 4.5% year-on-year. Its BVOD Audience of 88,000 was up 42.5% on the same night last year.
  • Travel Guides was Sunday’s No. 1 entertainment program across Australia with Total People and all key demos across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 2.301 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.140 million, lifting the timeslot by 12.5% when compared to the same episode last year. On 9Now, it registered a BVOD audience of 88,000 (up 61.0% year-on-year).
  • 60 Minutes won its timeslot with Total People and all key demos in Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.616 million, Total TV National Audience of 764,000 and a BVOD audience of 52,000 (up 7.2% year-on-year).
  • Sunday Afternoon NRL Live recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.138 million and a Total TV National Audience of 438,000 winning its timeslot with Total People and all key demos in Sydney and Brisbane. Its BVOD audience of 40,000 was up 29.3% on the same day last year.
  • The 9Network was No.1 across the 5 City Metro with People 25-54.

9Now was the No.1 CFTA BVOD service across Australia with all key demos and Total People.

Here’s a ratings recap from Thursday 18 July and Week 29.

On Taskmaster (Thursday 18 July) teams had to create the most authentic family video with functional family vignette vs dysfunctional. Then it was the most puzzling pub quiz in history, and contestants threw some thongs on the barbie. Jenny Tian reigned supreme and took out the top spot for the episode.

  • Up 7% in total people and 6% in under 50s week-on-week.
  • Biggest under 50s audience of the year!
