Swing Factory Terrey Hills opens to transform golf entertainment in Sydney

The much-anticipated Swing Factory Terrey Hills opened its doors in July, offering Sydney a cutting-edge golf entertainment experience and follows the successful Swing Factory Melbourne launch at Morack Public golf earlier this year. Situated near Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this state-of-the-art facility combines top-tier golf technology (Toptracer Range) with world-class entertainment and hospitality, creating unforgettable experiences for all ages.

“Off-course golf is growing at more than 20 percent annually in Australia and the US, and we aim to elevate it,” says Erich Weber, co-founder of Swing Factory. “Terrey Hills is our second venue, with more planned. Our mission is simple: make golf more fun for everyone.”

Australian Golf Digest attended the official launch party, while AGD chief executive Nick Cutler is a co-founder of Swing Factory. The new Terrey Hills facility offers a complete golf experience with Toptracer Range technology. Golfers can play courses from around the world, track their shots and compete with friends. Unlike traditional driving ranges, each bay is booked in advance, allowing for unlimited balls during your reserved timeslot, without waiting or queuing.

“We’ve invested in technology to enhance the bay experience: Toptracer ball tracking, auto-ball dispensing and spacious bays,” Weber says. “The top level features 12 lounge bays with couches for up to four players, where food and drinks can be ordered via QR code and delivered directly to the bay.”

Beyond the bays, the stylish ‘Clubhouse’ offers refreshing drinks and delicious meals, including favourites from the previous venue’s Chinese restaurant, like ‘Kenny’s special fried rice’. The facility also features a beer garden, event rooms and a world-class, 27-hole mini-golf course.

Overlooking the scenic Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, Swing Factory Terrey Hills is open from early morning to late evening, seven days a week.
