Major US singer to headline epic Australian Open music event

The Australian Open has unveiled an incredible music lineup for 2025 set to feature globally renowned artists Kesha, Armand Van Helden and Benson Boone.

Under its new entertainment banner, AO Live, the only music event to be held at a Grand Slam worldwide, will take place across three days during the Australian Open tournament in January.

This year’s entertainment will feature the biggest lineup to date, headlined by Kesha—who returns to Australia after seven years—Benson Boone, Kaytranada and Armand Van Helden.

AO Live’s lineup, programmed by Untitled Group, will offer a packed schedule of live performances across the AO precinct featuring bands, solo performers and DJs.

The three days of entertainment, from January 23rd to 25th, will take place at John Cain Arena, with two major evening performances leading to a festival-style grand finale on the last day.

First up on Thursday, January 23, pop sensation Benson Boone will take to the stage.

The US singer-songwriter skyrocketed to stardom with more than 1.9 billion global streams to his name.

Benson made headlines with his performance at the MTV Video Music Awards earlier this year, where he took home the award for Best Alternative Video.

Following Boone is world-renowned DJ and producer Kaytranada, performing on Friday, January 24.

The Grammy Award-winning Canadian artist opened for The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn Tour in 2022 and also performed at Coachella last year.

With two Grammy Awards and five nominations under his belt, Kaytranada’s blend of house, hip-hop, and electronic beats is set to light up the dancefloor.

The final day of AO Live will coincide with the Women’s Finals on Saturday, January 25, delivering a full day of festival-style entertainment.
