Australian fast bowler Josh Hazlewood will miss the crucial Adelaide Test against India due to a side strain injury.
Hazlewood pulled up sore in his left side following Australia’s horrible 295-run loss in Perth.
Scott Boland is widely favoured to take Hazlewood’s spot in the team, however, Sean Abbott and Brendan Doggett have been added to the squad as cover.

While the injury is not thought to be major, it is a major blow for the Australian team that is already under immense pressure.
There are already concerns over allrounder Mitch Marsh’s sore ankle and all eyes will now be on him before the first ball is bowled on Friday.
He was sparingly in the Perth Test and only bowled 17 overs across India’s two innings.
Veteran batters Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne are also under a fierce microscope due to their questionable form.
The team’s preparation ahead of Perth — which was their worst loss in terms of runs for an opening Test of a home summer since 1936-37 — has also been questioned.
