Remember the vest Jason Day wore at the Masters? Of course you do. The giant Malbon logo and ensuing request that he not wear it again are hard to forget. The Eighty Seven SC is being offered in a limited release, with two styles. The Camo, which Day wore at the Masters, and the Proto, which Day had on his feet at the Players. A limited number of shoes are available, with just 87 pairs of each style available to the public. You can find them on Payntr’s website.

Though they’re worn by a pro, these shoes are a good fit for golfers of all handicaps. There is a carbon plate in the shoe – a technology that’s become popular in running.

When you press down on carbon, it flexes down, so when you unweight it, it flexes back up. This technology is now being found in golf shoes to help increase your ability to push off from the ground and create more power.
