Ex-NRL player Laitia Moceidreke has been announced as part of the NFL’s International Player Pathway (IPP) development camp this season.
The 10-week program will take place in Florida next month, with just 14 athletes from around the world selected to participate.
Scouts from all 32 NFL clubs are set to attend the Pro Day in March at the University of South Florida.

Moceidreke played one game for the North Queensland Cowboys in 2021. He scored a try on the wing in his only first-grade opportunity.
A move to the Newcastle Knights followed but his development deal expired without making another NRL appearance.
In Florida, the 24-year-old is set to trial as a tight end or defensive end.

Moceidreke will look to follow in the steps of Jordan Mailata, who is one of a handful of players to make an active roster after the IPP camp.
After a stint with the Rabbitohs’ U20s side, Mailata transitioned to American football.
He now stars as an offensive lineman with the Philadelphia Eagles and is considered one of the best in the league at his respective position.
Moceidreke is one of three Australians picked for the development camp.
He will join former rugby union players Jordan Petaia and Laki Tasi.
Petaia notably played 31 games for the Wallabies and spent several years in the Super Rugby competition.
New Zealand basketball player Nathaniel Salmon and Fijian rugby union player Janeiro Wakeham will also feature as part of the program.
