Admittedly, we’ve reached the point of the year where, well, there’s not much going on in golf. So we got a bit excited when one of the game’s most candid voices decided to host a little Twitter Q&A on Wednesday. And then intrigued when he dodged one question in particular from a fellow tour pro.
Michael Kim is always generous with his time on social media—especially when he has a flight delayed. He once offered to give anyone nearby free golf lessons at a simulator at an airport while he waited for a flight. It was the Istanbul Airport, but it was still a nice offer.

Anyway, while facing another travel delay, Kim asked his followers if they had any questions. He touched on things like equipment and putting on grainy greens and even video games.
Another airport delay means another Q&A!
Let me hear em!

But when Ben An asked him to name his “Top 3 golf coaches” excluding Sean Foley, who Kim and An both work with, Kim passed.
“Haha you’re going to get me in trouble with this one. I plead the 5th.”

Interesting. . . Is this some inside joke between the two? Are there too many good coaches that Kim is afraid of leaving someone out? Is it something else?
Regardless, if Michael doesn’t want to name his top golf coaches, you can always check out Golf Digest’s list of the Best Teachers in America. Because, again, there’s not much going on right now.
