Boxing Day is always an exciting time for sports fans, and that will continue in 2024. 

Alongside the traditional Test cricket and slate of NBA games, the NFL is featuring a pair of games streaming exclusively on Netflix. 

But as if that wasn’t enough, the NFL’s Christmas Day games – shown on Boxing Day in Australia – will also feature star-studded performances from Beyonce and Mariah Carey. 

What time is Mariah Carey performing in Australia?

The NFL begin Christmas with a bang, bringing in musical icon Mariah Carey to open the action with a rendition of her track ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’. 

Carey will play the track ahead of the NFL’s double-header, meaning fans will need to set their alarms to catch her performance, which will be staged at around 5:00 am AEDT (1:00 pm ET), before kick-off of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

The pair of Christmas Day NFL games are available on NFL Game Pass via DAZN, meaning fans will need to set up an account on the streaming platform if they don’t already have one and catch all the action.
