Alex de Minaur record vs. ATP Finals opponents

Alex de Minaur 0-7 Jannik Sinner

De Minaur has never beaten world no.1 Jannik Sinner in seven attempts.

His last two matches lost against the Italian have both been finals – in Rotterdam and the Davis Cup.

In the seven contests, De Minaur has only ever won one set.

Alex de Minaur 2-8 Alexander Zverev

De Minaur won the first meeting of the 2024 season at the United Cup, but lost the subsequent two at Indian Wells and the French Open.

Their only meeting on indoor hard-court came in 2021 in Vienna, with the German winning in three sets.

Alex de Minaur 0-2 Carlos Alcaraz

In two official meetings against Alcaraz, De Minaur has lost both, including the final of Queens in 2023.

However, he did defeat Alcaraz in an exhibition match prior to the 2024 Australian Open.

Alex de Minaur 3-6 Daniil Medvedev

After losing the first four matches to the Russian, De Minaur has won three of the past five, including the most recent at the French Open.

On indoor hard-court, the ledger is 1-1 with both matches coming at the Paris Masters.

Alex de Minaur 5-3 Taylor Fritz

The first H2H in De Minaur’s favour has seen him win the last two encounters after losing the three previous.

The Aussie has also won their only two matches on indoor hard-court.

Alex de Minaur 2-0 Casper Ruud

Across five years, De Minaur has only played Ruud twice, winning both.

The latest meeting was in the 2024 Acapulco final, which the Australian won in straight sets.

Alex de Minaur 4-3 Andrey Rublev

De Minaur just shades Rublev in the H2H after winning their last contest in the final in Rotterdam earlier this year.

However, he did lose in the Australian Open quarter-finals to Rublev a few weeks prior.
