It’s Christmas in the NFL, and the league responded by giving fans plenty of gifts, in the form of entertaining games across the entire week. 

The Aussies saw plenty of action in the penultimate round, including a high-profile punt-off during Thursday Night Football.

Aussie NFL Wrap-up: Week 17

Daniel Faalele – Baltimore Ravens

It was a Merry Christmas for Faalele and the Ravens this year, taking out the Houston Texans in dominant fashion. 

With both Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry recording rushing touchdowns, as well as 251 combined rushing yards as a team, Faalele and the offensive line held up well, as they claimed another win. 

Tory Taylor – Chicago Bears

In a 6-3 loss to Seattle, Taylor was incredibly active, punting seven times for the Bears. 

He amassed 327 total yards, with five inside the 20-yard line, as he and the squad lost their 10th straight game. 

Michael Dickson – Seattle Seahawks

Dickson was the victor in this All-Aussie punt off, with one less punt in the game than Taylor. 

He had three inside the 20, but his team were able to force a narrow win against a struggling Chicago outfit. 

Jordan Mailata – Philadelphia Eagles

In the game that saw running back Saquon Barkley cross the 2000-yard mark, Mailata once again proved himself as one of the league’s premier offensive tackles. 

Jordan Mailata may be an A22 league winner. He is on pace to finish the season as the highest-graded tackle in the NFL:

Philadelphia kept their dominant form alive with a 41-7 thrashing of Dallas, despite relying on back-up quarterback Kenny Pickett. 

Matthew Hayball – New Orleans Saints

Another high usage punt game this week, Hayball punted seven times in his team’s 15-point loss to the Raiders. 

He recorded 330 total yards, with three inside the 20.
