The post was quickly flooded with likes and comments from the tennis world.

“Shiiiiii mans all grown up🥺,” compatriot Thanasi Kokkinakis wrote.

A host of other tennis identities also left comments.
Popyrin and Pederick have been together since 2018, but they first met when they were eight years old in Dubai.
Popyrin, now 25, spoke earlier this year about their relationship.
“We went to the class together (in Dubai), so we were in the same maths class when we were eight years old and we kind of kept in touch since then,” he told Khaleej Times.
“And then when we were 18 years old, she was in London and I was there for the Queens (tennis tournament) and we met up, and we have been dating ever since.”
Pederick is a professional physiotherapist and a key part of Popyrin’s team when competing.
Popyrin is fresh off a career-best season where he reached No.23 in the world and won his first Masters title at the Canadian Open.
His final matches came at the Paris Masters where he reached the third round before falling to Daniil Medvedev in a tight three-set clash.
Popyrin was a member of the Australian team for the Davis Cup finals last week, but was overlooked in favour of Thanasi Kokkinakis.
Kokkinakis justified his selection with a stirring win over Ben Shelton to help the Aussies defeat USA, but he couldn’t repeat the dose in the semi-finals against Italy.
Popyrin will now enjoy a well-earned rest before returning to Australia for the summer of tennis.
