Australian Open draw 2025: Full men’s and women’s brackets confirmed | Sporting News Australia

Australian Open 2025 is just a mere matter of days away from beginning with the main singles draws delivering some mouthwatering matches for the early parts of the tournament.

The reigning men’s champion Jannik Sinner will get his defence underway against Nicolas Jarry, while two-time women’s champ Aryna Sabalenka will take on former US Open champion Sloane Stephens in the opening round.

Elsewhere, Aussie hopeful and eighth seed Alex de Minaur has been handed a potential banana skin first up against the unseeded Botic van de Zandschulp, who beat Carlos Alcaraz at the US Open.

Alcaraz is on a potential collision course with Novak Djokovic in the quarter-finals. But the Spaniard is on the opposite side of the draw to Sinner with the duo only meeting in the final, if they each progress that far in the tournament.

The Sporting News provides the Australian Open brackets for the 2025 tournament.
