For the fourth consecutive year, the Australian PGA Championship will be played at the Royal Queensland Golf Club.
Situated northeast of Brisbane in Eagle Farm, it is one of the state’s top-rated golf courses.
In previous years, the Championship has taken place at Palmer Coolum Resort and RACV Royal Pines Resort.
All four rounds will be shown live on television by Foxtel and the Nine Network.
The action will also be available to stream via Kayo Sports and 9Now.
156 players will compete in this year’s event.
While the field typically consists of Australian players, there are often some notable international golfers in the mix.
The entry list is still being finalised, but the local contingent will include Min Woo Lee, Jason Day, Cameron Smith, Cameron Davis, Marc Leishman and Lucas Hebert.
Victor Perez, Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen and Aldrich Potgieter headline the current international pool.
Tee times and groupings will be released closer to the opening round on Thursday, November 21.
The event will be played over 72 holes, with the top 65 competitors making the cut once the second round is complete.
AU$2 million of prize money will be on offer at this year’s tournament, equalling the purse of the past two editions.
Tickets are available across all four days, with general admission, reserved seating and hospitality options on offer.
Children and students aged 17 and under will be admitted for free during the event.
A ‘party hole’ has also been added at the 17th hole this year, with tournament organisers aiming to boost the on-course atmosphere.
