Fox keeps Aussies in lead as heavyweights charge: Paris Olympics LIVE Medal Tally

Australia is maintaining its lead on the medal tally late on Day 2 of the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Despite a night without a medal in the pool, Australia moved to four gold thanks to Jess Fox’s remarkable victory in the canoe slalom K-1 final .

USA has been the big mover, adding gold medals in fencing and in the pool, while hosts France and Japan also have three gold medals.
