Grand Final Festival of Footy returns in 2024 – Glenelg Football Club

As cross-town rivals Norwood and Glenelg prepare to face off in the 2024 Hostplus SANFL League Grand Final for the first time in 42 years, an exciting lineup of off-field activities in the Festival of Footy has been unveiled.

Adelaide Oval will be transformed into a carnival atmosphere this Sunday, September 22, with SANFL and its partners providing activities and giveaways in multiple entertainment zones from the moment fans step off the train at the Adelaide Railway Station until well after the final siren.

The Grand Final is the pinnacle event on South Australia’s football calendar and SANFL is proud to reveal an unprecedented Festival of Footy to make the blockbuster clash between Norwood and Glenelg an unforgettable experience for fans.

  • Welcome to Country and digeridoo by Uncle Moogy
  • National Anthem by local talent Taylor Schwartz
  • Kia Cup Delivery with Cup Ambassador Ken ‘KG’ Cunningham

  • AAMI Dash for Cash at the half-time break of League Grand Final

Car park opens 8am

FREE travel is available all day on regular Adelaide Metro and Footy Express bus, train and tram service to the Grand Final. Present your valid match ticket on all bus, train and tram services. Fans under 18 years old receive free entry to the game and don’t need to present a ticket when boarding public transport.

Broadcast information

The 2024 Hostplus SANFL League Grand Final will be broadcast live and free on Seven and 7plus and streamed live on SANFL Now and the Official AFL Live App & AFL.com.au

Live radio broadcasts on 1629 SEN SA & SEN App, Triple M, Fiveaa, ABC Sport and Radio Italia.

Tickets for the Grand Final are on sale via Ticketek

Pre-purchased through Ticketek* – Adults – $34; Concession – $25

At the Gate – Adults – $40; Concession – $30

U18s – FREE

*Grand Final ticket purchases will incur a $7.65 Ticketek transaction fee

All tickets purchased via Ticketek are unreserved General Admission (no access to Western Stand).

Ultimate Football Members, Essential Crows Members, Essential Power Members and SACA Members all gain entry with their passes to the Grand Final and unreserved seating in the Western Stand on Grand Final Day. U18s accompanied with adult ticket holders also can access Western Stand unreserved seating.
