The Mavs returned to their home floor for the closeout game and after the scores were tied at half-time, they blew the game open in the third quarter, outscoring the Clippers 35-20 to take control of the game and cruise to a 114-101 win.
Kyrie Irving, who only had two points at the half, led the charge, scoring a game-high 30 points, while Luka Doncic added 28 points, 13 assists and seven rebounds.
The Mavs will now square off against the No. 1 seed Oklahoma City Thunder in the second round.
