The final grand slam tournament of 2024 – the US Open – has arrived.
Alex de Minaur has confirmed he will be in action at Flushing Meadows as he returns to the singles court after some time out through injury.
He will be part of a strong Aussie men’s contingent, which includes recent Masters 1000 tournament winner Alexei Popyrin.
On the women’s side, the likes of Daria Saville and Ajla Tomljanović will be competing.

The 2024 edition of the US Open will be broadcast live and free by the Nine Network.
Coverage will likely start from midnight AEST on most days, although specific details are yet to be confirmed.
Commentary will come from Nine’s Wide World of Sports team, which has previously featured talent including Todd Woodbridge, Jelena Dokic, and Samantha Stosur.
Every point during this year’s US Open can be streamed live and on-demand in Australia via Stan Sport.
Select matches will be available to watch in 4K.
