To determine the top claims insurers in Australia and New Zealand for 2024, IB collected feedback directly from insurance brokers.

The research team surveyed various brokerages to gauge the factors brokers deem important in a claims insurer. Additionally, they interviewed hundreds of brokers to rate the claims insurers they had engaged with over the previous year.

The detailed feedback enabled the team to assign weighted values to each of the criteria rated by brokers.

After the research phase, the insurers with the highest scores for work quality, specialist expertise, and client service were named 5-Star award winners.
