The international launch of the Superyacht Australia Magazine Issue 12, had its debut today at the Monaco Yacht Show!

The Superyacht Australia Magazine is a publication dedicated to the superyacht industry in Australia.  Showcasing the full range of activities within Australia’s superyacht sector to the global industry, it provides key stakeholders, captains, and owners with the latest industry updates, events and information on the marine tourism sector in Australia.

Issue 12 of the magazine positions Australia and its neighbouring islands as a premier destination for superyachts, showcasing their exceptional cruising grounds, extensive marinas, shipbuilding expertise, and refit services.  With a spotlight on the Asia Pacific Islands, the issue features The Coral Triangle, Timor Leste, and Raja Ampat in West Papua. Each of these destinations offers exceptional diving and snorkelling experiences and boast Marine Protected Areas, making them ideal stopovers on your journey to Australia.

A South Pacific Super Yachting map outlines two key itineraries from the Suez Canal and Panama Canal. The magazine features the latest updates on superyacht service capabilities in Australia, showcasing new projects from refit and repair yards offering comprehensive repairs, maintenance, and haul-out facilities.  A key mention is Norship’s collaboration with the Queensland Government to construct the largest state-of-the-art maintenance shed on Australia’s northern coast, capable of accommodating ships up to 400 tonnes.

In industry news, the prestigious 2024 Australian Marine Industry Awards are reviewed alongside a feature on Echo Yachts’ remarkable achievement of winning three of these coveted awards.  The annual spotlight on an outstanding industry leader introduces Steve Fisher of Rivergate Marina and Shipyard, whose commitment drives the continued success in attracting superyachts down under.
