Keith Urban has performed an exclusive show for Sydney fans overnight.

While the country performer was rocking out Down Under, his wife Nicole Kidman was in London for the premiere of her new Netflix series, The Perfect Couple.

Kidman was joined by her co-star, Liev Schreiber on the red carpet and fans will not be able to stop watching when the murder mystery hits Netflix on Thursday.

And speaking of Aussie screen legends, Cate Blanchett looked absolutely stunning as she hit the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival.

The star was in town for the premiere of her new series, Disclaimer and also took time to watch Brad Pitt and George Clooney’s new project, Wolfs.

Peter Weir, one of Australia’s greatest directors also received the Golden Lion Lifetime Achievement Award at the festival for his decades of work in the industry.

He’s only directed 13 movies over 40 years, but back in the 1970s, he was really given credit for bringing back Australian cinema and starting this whole trend.

So I think Cate Blanchett, Nicole Kidman, lots of others owe their career to Peter Weir.

And supervillain fans have been treated to another teaser of the hotly anticipated Joker sequel.

Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga star in Joker: Folie a Deux and if the latest teaser is anything to go by, it is going to be a mind-bending thrill ride.
