Melbourne City FC teams up with Scotts to help grow the future of Australian Football

Melbourne City FC is excited to announce a fresh new partnership with lawn & garden care experts Scotts, who are joining us as our latest Premier Partner.

Known for helping Australians grow lush, green lawns across the country, Scotts is now helping us grow something even more important – the next generation of Australian football talent.

With a commitment to support our grassroots programs, the Scotts logo is set to appear on the back of all City Football School and Youth Academy jerseys this season. Additionally, City fans will notice their logo on the A-League Women’s training shorts as well as popping up around AAMI Park.

Just as their products help Aussie backyards flourish, their support will help our football talent thrive, from their first kick to the world stage. With their backing, we’re not just developing great footballers; we’re nurturing future Socceroos and Matildas.

Scotts Marketing & Innovation Director, Kerry Sephton, shared their excitement, saying, “At Scotts, we believe in helping things grow. Whether it’s your lawn or your local community. That’s why we’re thrilled to partner with Melbourne City FC, a club that shares our passion for nurturing future generations. Through their grassroots programs, we’ll help grow the next generation of football stars who will one day represent Australia.”

Melbourne City FC CEO, Brad Rowse, added: “We’re always striving for growth, whether it’s improving our facilities or developing the next crop of talent. Partnering with a leader like Scotts, who knows all about helping things thrive, feels like the perfect match. We’re proud to have them supporting us at every level of the Club.”

With Scotts and Melbourne City FC teaming up, the future of Aussie football is looking brighter, greener, and ready to grow!
