Australia will qualify for the T20 World Cup semi-finals if they defeat Afghanistan at Kingstown’s Arnos Vale Ground on Sunday morning AEST.
The Australians, who have won eight consecutive T20Is, will be guaranteed a spot in the knockouts alongside India if they topple Rashid Khan’s side in Saint Vincent.

Meanwhile, Afghanistan will be eliminated from the tournament if the Asian nation doesn’t register its maiden victory over Australia in any format this weekend.
Australian captain Mitchell Marsh won the toss and chose to bowl first, with spinner Ashton Agar replacing Mitchell Starc in the starting XI.
“Purely conditions based,” Marsh said of the decision at the toss.
