Five rising stars from NSW have today been named by Cricket Australia in Australian squads for the Women’s Under-19 multi-format Tri-series commencing on September 19 in Brisbane.
The Youth Selection Panel has selected 15-player squads for each format (T20 and 50-over) for the Tri series in Brisbane and Gold Coast.
NSW Pathway players Caoimhe Bray, Ella Briscoe, Lucy Finn and Hayley Zauch will play in both formats, while Juliette Morton will join that quartet for the 50-over matches.
Former Australian player Kristen Beams has been named as the head coach of the squads that will take on New Zealand and Sri Lanka in the 14-day series.
