Backed by Netflix investment and supported by Screen NSW, Screen Queensland and AFTRS, Screenworks is proud to bring the next instalment of the Regional Crew Pathways Program in 2024.

The Regional Crew Pathways Program is a 2-step training program, including an AFTRS ‘On Set On Boarding’ workshop and paid, 6-month placements in early entry crew roles for up to 6 selected participants.

The program provides training and career pathways in the screen industry for people living regionally, in addition to directly addressing crewing skill gaps identified within the industry.

We are seeking 2 individuals from Northern NSW and 2 from Far North Queensland (more regions to be announced soon) for 6-month below-the-line crew placements.
