SeaLink Western Australia continues to ride a wave of success, with its brands—SeaLink Rottnest Island, Captain Cook Cruises, and Swan Valley Tours—being named finalists once again in the prestigious Perth Airport Western Australian Tourism Awards.

This marks the fourth consecutive year SeaLink Western Australia has reached the finals, having won Silver in 2021, followed by Gold in 2022 and 2023. They also proudly claimed Gold at the national 2022 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards.

Leycester Cory, General Manager of SeaLink Western Australia, says “being named a finalist in our category for the fourth year in a row is a true reflection of our team’s unwavering commitment to delivering brilliant experiences for our guests, and our commitment to sharing the best Western Australia has to offer.”

SeaLink Western Australia General Manager, Leycester Cory, praised the team’s ongoing dedication, stating, “Being named a finalist in our category for the fourth year in a row is a true reflection of our team’s unwavering commitment to delivering brilliant experiences for our guests, and our commitment to sharing the best Western Australia has to offer. From our outstanding crew to our maintenance, reservations, operations, and office-based teams, every individual plays a crucial role in our success, and I couldn’t be prouder of the entire team for this achievement.”

Adding to their success, SeaLink Rottnest Island and Captain Cook Cruises have been selected to join the inaugural year of the ‘Dream Collective’—a prestigious initiative led by Tourism Western Australia and the Tourism Council of WA. This exclusive group is composed of Western Australia’s leading tourism businesses that meet the highest standards for customer satisfaction, accessibility, and sustainability.

Paige Myles, SeaLink Western Australia Sales and Marketing Manager shared her enthusiasm about being part of the initiative: “Being recognised in the Dream Collective’s inaugural year is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our brands and products while collaborating with other top-tier operators.

“It’s a great platform to highlight why Western Australia truly is the ‘Dream State.’ We are excited to see the outcomes of the program and to continue welcoming visitors to Western Australia and across our portfolio,” she said.

The winners of the 2024 Perth Airport Western Australian Tourism Awards will be announced at a Gala Dinner hosted by the Tourism Council of WA at Crown Perth on Saturday, 9th November 2024. Category winners will go on to represent the state at the national Qantas Australian Tourism Awards being in Adelaide in 2025.
