Jews around the world will be warned about the risk of travelling to Australia by United States Jewish human rights organisation the Simon Wiesenthal Centre.
The warning follows the arson attack on a Melbourne synagogue last Friday – an incident now deemed a likely terror attack.
This is the first time the Simon Wiesenthal Centre has issued an advisory against Australia, and comes after Prime Minister Anthony Albanese yesterday announced a new taskforce to tackle anti-Semitism.
