Australian-born punter Tory Taylor is already settling into life in the NFL, helping the Chicago Bears produce an upset victory over the Los Angeles Rams.
The 27-year-old was drafted by the franchise earlier this year, joining star rookie quarterback Caleb Williams.
After a mixed start to the season, the Bears managed to hold on for a 24-18 win over the Rams on Monday morning (AEST) and Taylor played a pivotal role in the result.

Taylor unloaded two massive punts in the final quarter, including a 66-yard attempt that got the Melbourne product fired up.
“I knew it was good straight away,” he said post-game.
He backed it up with just over a minute remaining on the clock, landing a pinpoint attempt from inside his own half, trapping the Rams on their own 10-yard line.
Taylor punted five times in Chicago’s second win, averaging 55.4 yards per attempt.
The performance was also a strong one for quarterback Williams, with the former Heisman Trophy winner leading four scoring drives and passing for 157 yards.
The No.1 overall draft pick also avoided any turnovers and said that went a “long way” towards securing a crucial result for the Bears.
“When you don’t have two turnovers, that’s the most important thing,” Williams said.
“When you have a defence like us, you have a punter and a kicker like we have, you’re not turning the ball over, it goes a long way. You’re going to win a lot of games.”
Running back D’Andre Swift had 165 yards and a touchdown in a solid display.
