James Overy has officially completed a move to Manchester United.
The famous club’s interest in the Aussie young gun was reported months ago, with a contract now finalised.
Overy has joined United’s academy set-up, where he is set to feature in the under-18s team.

Born in 2007, Overy is 17 years old.
He is listed as a defender and primarily plays in the right wing-back position.
Overy was previously at A-League Men club Perth Glory but didn’t make a senior appearance.
However, the teen sensation did play during Glory’s friendly with West Ham in 2023, where he garnered plenty of attention.
Overy departed for England with his family in mid-2024.
As his deal with United was being finalised, he played briefly for Newton Abbot Spurs FC in Devon, where he made six appearances and scored three goals.
