His blistering 49-ball knock helped Australia defeat the Scots by 70 runs and secure the series 2-0 with one match left to go.
And he reached the century mark in just 43 balls, creating history for Australia. Inglis now holds the record of scoring the fastest T20I hundred by an Aussie batsman.
