Antigua: Australia secured their entry into the Super 8 after a comprehensive 9-wicket victory over Namibia at the Sir Vivian Richards stadium in Antigua on Tuesday.
Adam Zampa was the star of the show with brilliant figures of 4/12. With this astonishing performance, Zampa became the first Australian to surpass 100 T20I wickets.
After batting first, Namibia were bundled out for only 72 runs after 17 overs. Australia reached the target in just 5.4 overs and with three wins in a row, cemented their spot in the Super 8.
Travis Head remained not out on 34 alongside the captain Mitchell Marsh who struck the winning boundary and remained not out on 18. David Warner also played a quick-fire knock of 20 before losing his wicket to David Wiese.
